Worth the Weight Calculator and other digital downloads sold on this site are delivered immediately upon successful payment via a download link that expires 7 days after purchase.
Important — EU right of withdrawal waiver: Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once download access has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By checking the consent box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that product.
If you have not yet downloaded your purchase and believe there was an error with your order, contact us at hello@gofulltilttravel.com within 7 days and we’ll review it case by case.
Faulty or incorrect files
If a download link doesn’t work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact hello@gofulltilttravel.com and we’ll fix it or refund you — no time limit on this, that’s on us to get right.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Mollie within 10 business days.
