Products
We sell digital products related to travel packing, including calculators, guides, and companion tools to Navigating the Galaxy of Packing Light. Prices are displayed in EUR and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through this website and paid via Mollie, supporting iDEAL, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email with your download link.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link valid for 7 days from purchase. It is your responsibility to download your purchase within that window; contact hello@gofulltilttravel.com if you need it reissued.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to digital content supplied other than on a physical medium once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose this right.
By completing your purchase and agreeing to these terms at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content upon payment, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once your download link becomes available.
Intellectual property
All content, frameworks (including but not limited to the T.E.C.H., B.O.O.T.S., P.A.R.A.C.H.U.T.E., C.A.K.E., F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C., R.A.C.E., S.U.R.V.I.V.A.L.I.S.T.S. and Towelongi systems), illustrations, and downloadable tools remain the intellectual property of SCX Consulting / Nancy Wo. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal-use license; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse.
Liability
Our tools (including the Worth the Weight Calculator) are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We are not liable for packing decisions, travel outcomes, or airline baggage disputes arising from their use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
